Our Story
Eric Williams, broker/owner of Legacy Land & Ranches, started to develop the ranch in 2008. At the time, he wasn't sure what route the land would take him in, but was always sure that it would be somewhere that Waco, TX could go to celebrate, dance and be together.
After going back and forth for several years, Eric decided that he would turn the 24 acres into a one-of-a-kind wedding venue and event center.
Designed to enjoy music and bring those we love together, The Ranch will open our doors in 2023! We cannot wait to see you on the concert lawn!
